Why is Integration
so important?

Working with psychedelics & ceremonial plant medicine has the potential to be incredibly transformative and intense. These medicines can bring up deeply rooted belief systems, patterns, traumas and suppressed emotions, so that you can learn from them and become your own greatest healer. It’s important to understand that sitting with psychedelics & plant medicine often involves awakening to realities and information that can be potentially overwhelming and confusing.

I'm here to provide you with the tools & guidance you need to approach these medicines with reverence and respect, so you can best prepare for your journey and integrate your unique experience. Working with psychedelics & plant medicine is a sacred & profound journey that I approach with care and an open heart; pre and post ceremony.

What can you expect from our sessions?

We’ll work together to create a sense of clarity and understanding around your experiences so you can integrate them into your everyday life for your highest level of joy and wellbeing. To achieve this, we’ll explore a variety of somatic practices, PSYCH-K®, intuitive guidance, meditations, and embodied exercises that establish and nurture your connection to the divine. I will teach you how to tap into the deep & innate wisdom of your body and connect to your intuition to discover your own unique medicine.

Benefits:

"When we do plant medicine, and we see love, we realize right then and there that it was never apart from us, that in fact it was a part of us."
