🎶Join me and the lovely women at Coterie Commons for a deeply restorative evening to honor the Winter Solstice, a time of reflection, renewal, and the return of the light. This guided meditation and sound bath experience is designed to help you align with the rhythms of nature and create space for new beginnings.

🕯️The evening will begin with a guided meditation to ground our energy, connect with the solstice’s themes of transition, and set heartfelt intentions for the season ahead. From there, the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes & gentle song will guide us into deep relaxation, helping to release what no longer serves us and welcome the light of possibility.
