🧘♀️We'll begin with a sunset yoga flow led by Jordyn, designed to awaken the body, open the heart, and move with the rhythms of nature.
🎶 As the sun dips low and the light softens, you'll be guided into a nourishing sound bath offered by Jenna, sealing in the magic and inviting your whole system to drop into deep rest and integration.
This evening is a chance to refresh your spirit, connect with community, and remember the medicine of moving and being held on the Earth - together.
✨ All levels welcome Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything to make you comfortable lying down (blanket, bolster, eye pillow, etc.)
