🎶 Step into the golden peace of summer with us on Sunday, July 13, 1–2 PM at Evergreen for a sound bath inspired by the spirit of Chamomile, a gentle yet powerful ally for calming, cooling, and releasing. This sound journey is centered in working with chamomile energetically, tuning into its soft, solar frequency through intention and vibration.
🌿Chamomile teaches us how to soften without shutting down. How to relax deeply without losing our clarity. How to release heat, emotional, mental, and physical, and return to the grounded center within.
